Job Description
- Responsible for all assets of land and buildings (purchase, licensing, development process agreement, land & building tax payments).
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any field, preferably majoring in Law (civil) with Min GPA: 3.0
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Minimum 1 year experiences in related fields or in General Affair
- Strong internal and external relationships with goverment, customer and vendor
- Must have driving license (SIM A)
