Job Description
Team Lead will be responsble of the following:
- Conducts on site inspection and evaluation of on going installation
- Provides technical guidance to technicians
- Support Service Engineers on scheduling & handling Whiteline Technicians
- Continuous communication and training for technicians
- Documents loads done each day.
Minimum Qualifications
MALE, 35-40 y/o
- Graduate of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- W/ at least 5 year experience in RAC Abroad & 4 years experience in RAC Local
- W/ experience in handling a team
- Can DRIVE 4 wheel vehicle
