Job Description

Position Summary

The Support Coordinator will perform administrative duties to the Care Team. They will be the contact person for the client and manage incoming requests to ensure they are addressed per our Service Level Agreements, and they will manage time and materials for the clients. They will also be responsible for helping coordinate calls for the Care Team. This position reports to the Scrum of Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule calls and meetings between the team and client.
  • Manage Care Team hours to ensure optimum capacity and utilization is maximized to complete customers’ requests.
  • Act as liaison between users/clients and the Project Team.
  • Help to meet and introduce the Care Team to the client and support transition of client from ERP to Care Team
  • Ensuring the team addresses cards/tasks in a timely manner
  • All other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree recommended but not required.
  • Excellent time management skills and a multitasker
  • Ability to thrive and work in an ambiguous environment
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, resulting in on-time delivery
  • Familiarity with G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, etc), MS Office tools and ClickUp
  • Amenable to working on Pacific Time (8 am to 5 pm)
