Job Description
- Source Top Candidates: Use your network and various sourcing methods to identify and present top EdTech talent.
- Conduct Interviews: Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work with Internal Team: Directly interface with the Hiring Managers and Recruiters to deeply understand their requirements and provide customized solutions in hiring.
- Secure Placements: Match top talent candidates to prime opportunities within operations management, website and software development, product & business development, and sales & marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a headhunter or recruiter, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with job boards, recruitment tools, and sourcing strategies.
