Job Description
- Directly reports and takes orders from the Plant Manager.
- Provides full admin support to the Plant Manager and the team/department.
- Performs documentation, printing, scanning and filing tasks.
- Performs constant communication and coordination with the Plant Manager, the Engineers and with other departments.
- Maintains a proper, organized and systematic filing for easy recording and tracking of documents.
- Performs other tasks that are assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be willing to work in a Power Plant where environment is surrounded by a team of Engineers.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Must be pro-active, a team player, has initiative and has the ability to multi-task.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferrably 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 1 Full time position available.
