Job Description

JOB SCOPE:

In this position, the candidate will be a key component of the overall sales pipeline. Business Development executives are responsible for researching potential prospects within a given territory and identifying high level needs and areas of opportunity for e4e to provide support. Once research has been completed the rep will then reach out to the prospect using a multi touch approach to schedule a qualifying call with the sales team. The team will report to the to the General Manager of Business Development based in the US.

The position will require the candidate to:

  • Schedule qualification calls for the sales team.
  • Thoroughly understand our domain and product offering and how to position to the marketplace.
  • Research suspects within geographical and/or vertical market territory and qualify as prospects.
  • Call prospects within territory and pitch campaign specific messaging with the goal of scheduling a qualification call.
  • Send emails to prospects introducing e4e and various product and service offerings.
  • Handle prospect objections in a professional yet convincing manner.
  • Follow a strict call and email cadence.
  • Adhere to campaign process.
  • Follow all policy and procedures of e4e and the Lead Generation Team

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in night shifts.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC Taguig.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Lead Generation or equivalent.

Requirements:

  • This role will require strong communication and conversation skills.
  • In addition, communication within the team and to management is imperative for success.
  • Must be highly coachable and open to receiving and applying feedback provided by management.
  • Team members who are curious and are not afraid to ask questions in order to grow are a must.
  • A strong understanding of US business acumen is important,
  • This role requires each team member to be self-motivated and goal driven.
  • Must be striving to meet and exceed their monthly targets consistently.
