Job Description
As a Customer Advocate of Sprout, you will work closely with both clients and the team to identify needs and provide solutions. As a valued member of the Support team, you will make customers happy by solving their concerns while helping them become product experts themselves.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SM Aura BGC.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
