Job Description
- Sources out candidates from proper media and/or recruitment channels (e.g. universities, training centers, newspapers, online postings, referrals, etc)
- Responsible for sourcing, test administration and interviewing (phone or face to face) for the assigned accounts
- Coordinates with universities, and other events (e.g. attend job fairs, post hiring vacancies, etc) if applicable
- Post hiring advertisements
- Conducts initial assessment of resumes or job applications through paper screening, or phone screening to see if education, work experience and work performance matches job description or criteria
- Formatting of resumes
- Conducts reference/background check of candidates when necessary
- Submits daily/weekly recruitment reports
- Client Management- endorsement of candidates to client, provide and request for status updates, calibration regarding active requirements
- Coordinates with candidate in the submission and completion of employment requirements
- Undertakes further responsibilities or tasks assigned by immediate superior that may evolve in the future
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- 2-3 years experience in sourcing and end to end recruitment
- Experience in handling non-agent and/or executive roles
- Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
- Highly knowledgeable in strategic sourcing thru non-traditional channels/job boards
- Strong background in client and candidate management
- Experience in using applicant tracking system is preferred but not required
