Job Description
- Handles inquiries via phone, email and from other marketing initiatives
- Secures all the necessary details of the inquiries
- Requests follow-up on the person in charge per lead
- Sends status reports at the end of day shift
- Coordinates with managers regarding the unassigned leads, especially on Fridays
- Encodes leads in the database
- Qualifies leads received through different channels
- Assists walk-in client inquiries
- Coordinates with affiliate sites for tie-ups and lead monitoring
- Coordinates with marketing team for lead reporting and analytics
- Generates monthly/yearly lead reports
- Tracks leads status and updates this regularly via my.KMC
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with 1 year sales and marketing background, but fresh graduates may be considered.
- Experience in Outbound Sales
- With excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient in MS Applications
