Job Description

SUMMARY & BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

Responsible for the management of accounts for recruitment and ensures that sourcing and recruitment needs for internal and external clients are fulfilled properly and timely.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA’s)

Account Management and Strategic Partnership

  • Liaises, builds, develops and maintains close relations with clients in order to fulfill client’s recruitment needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Acts central point of contact between account, client and departments, ensuring that account is well serviced
  • Identifies problem areas and provide solutions
  • Ensures a positive new hire on-boarding experience by constantly seeking new ways to improve the curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and process
  • Handles client’s recruitment needs or concerns and resolving issues within a reasonable timeframe
  • Guides on consistent and correct recruitment process, employment laws and regulations, and best assessment approaches
  • Effectively manage stakeholder perception

Sourcing and Recruitment

  • Ensures that account /client meets its recruitment requirements and targets in a timely manner
  • Coordinates with HR-Recruitment the sourcing and recruitment needs and requirements
  • Handles end-to-end recruitment needs of clients and ensures high compliance of staff to the process
  • Reports on recruiting initiatives and activities to management and stakeholders
  • Analyzes and addresses issues on workforce planning, recruitment gaps, job market trends, salary monitoring, and strategic sourcing
  • Creates and maintains healthy recruitment database (tracking system)
  • Ensures that hiring procedures are in compliance with Satellite Office policies and within the legal guidelines of Philippine laws and regulations
  • Acts as Company advocate within the community to identify sources of candidates by initiating and maintaining relationships with outside sources such as employment agencies, job fair sponsors, local chambers of commerce, schools and colleges, or through other business channels
  • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels such as but not limited to job portals, social media, event partnerships, referrals, etc.
  • Ensures that all leads and candidates are managed
  • Prepares and develops recruitment materials and collaterals
  • Coordinates with HR-Benefits, HR-Records, HR-Employee Relations and/or HR-Payroll for the on boarding process
  • Ensures proper and timely employment contract administration

Records and Report Management

  • Prepares presentations, proposals, plans, reports when needed
  • Monitor and track effectively all applicant sources and demographics
  • Provide reports and analysis as required

Performance Management

  • Achieves recruiting targets on time
    • Headcount requirement
    • Fill time
    • Day 1 Show up
  • Ensures high job match rate of applicants to job vacancy
  • Coaches and develops a team of recruiters to be strategic and knowledgeable business partners in talent acquisition and management
  • Consistently provide updates/ operational changes to direct reports and document discussions
  • Emulates best practices in the field of employment
  • Able to address and resolve aging recruitment requisitions
  • Ensure consistent adherence to company policies and code of conduct

Others

  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned
  • Performs general office support functions and assists personnel as necessary
  • Promote and develop continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives benefitting the organization and internal/external customers

Minimum Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS & PROFILE

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree,
  • 10 years’ experience in IT, Digital, and BPO recruitment with 3 years’ experience as a recruitment manager or similar role
  • Experience in managerial and executive headhunting is an advantage
  • Exposure to other human resources facets is an advantage
  • Highly knowledgeable on local labor laws and practices
  • Innovative, creative and able to thrive in a fast paced working environment
  • Excellent English communication- written and oral
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Results-driven, high sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Highly credible consultant to the business
