Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Candidate must possess at least a 2 year Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Science & Technology, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Technical Support for component/ parts interpretation role.
  • At least 2 years experience in Support professional role.
  • Proven ability to provide first call resolution and coordinate/ escalate if necessary.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM or other software for client tracking.
  • Problem-solving skills; linear/ work around and logical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills particularly for record keeping.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business writing and professional live chat/ email correspondence background.

Job Description

Our client is a substantial manufacturer of recreational vehicles attracting clients all over Australia.

We are looking for an individual who is willing to be part of the vision:

  • As an Inbound Support Professional, you will be responsible for handling all inquiries generated through all media channels that are inbound in nature.
  • We endeavor to offer the opportunity to unify your proven customer support expertise with our know-how of luxury recreational vehicles.


  • Inbound Calls - As an Inbound Support Professional, the calls primarily will be from existing clients who are still under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Provided it falls within scope of troubleshooting workflow, support will be given to resolve any technical issues that are related to both structural and component
  • Live Chat, Company Website and Online Portals – address new customer inquiries and populate lead database with corresponding tags.
  • Appropriately respond to basic and advanced technical issues related to sold recreational vehicles within Warranty
  • Qualify and coordinate new and existing issue or inquiry to appropriate escalation channels.
  • Warranty – Warranty/Repairs Team
  • New Customers – Sales Team
  • Data entry and encoding/populating databases both for external and internal use (i.e. mail chimp/bulk messaging clients).
