- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Minimum of 2-years of call center experience;
- Ability to take a high volume of calls (minimum of 60 calls per day);
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to answer queries quickly whilst maintaining high level of customer satisfaction;
- Effective listening skills - you do more listening than talking;
- Attentiveness - what are your customers telling you without saying it?
- Knowledge of product - if you know your product from front-to-back, you will know how to help customers when they run into a problem;
- Adaptability - to different types of customers as well as to a fast-paced and fast-changing start-up environment;
- Ability to take responsibility and make decisions.
- Veterinary background;
- Pet supplies industry experience;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Customer excellence award winner (call center awards);
- Work between the hours of 8am-10pm AEST Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster.

Customer Service – Phone and Email
Key day-to-day activities:
- Engage with our customers over phone and email in a friendly and supportive way.
- Work with the Operations team & courier partners to track and manage orders.
- Help drive Sales when interacting with customers.
You will assist our customers with their queries such as product recommendations, order inquiries, resolve issues as they arise and, most importantly, let no sales opportunity escape!
