Job Description

Account Director :

- Client lead on multiple key accounts and acting as the playmaker
- Build strong, strategic business relationships to identify new opportunities
- Financially accountable for directing and growing complex accounts
- Provide clarity and direction to key stakeholders at all times
- Develop consultative relationships with key senior stakeholders within the client’s business
- Network within a business to expand client base
- Fundamental understanding of the wider business position and fiscal challenges
- The ability to present Milestone, strategic thinking and creative seamlessly

Account Manager :

- Organising sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Building relationships/maintenance new and existing client
- Understanding client needs and find solution to fulfill them
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment
- Negotiating contracts and packages.

Minimum Qualifications

Account Director :

- Minimum of 10 years experience in IT Industry
- Had experience for handling account in Telco, Banking, or Government industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- High energy - passion for design, branding and developing the growth of the business
- Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
- Highly Organized, Strong collaborator and communicator
- Presence – leadership, authority
- Mentorship capabilities with a proven track record
- Agility – ability and willingness to multi-task, challenge and inspire teams
- Time management knows how to manage own time and tasks effectively
- Proven ability to grow account revenues year over year
- Track record of building relationships and consulting senior clients on strategic branding

Account Manager :

- Minimum 3 year experience in IT industry.

- Bachelor's degree required
- Good looking and personality
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Can work under pressure.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Good Management skills and target oriented.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Must be good in analytical and conceptual skills.
- Computer literate.
