Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overall management of the team to meet the maximum sales target. Planning, leading, organizing and controlling sales staff to hit the targets. Develop sales forecast, participate business development activities, work closely with credit and collection department in determining necessary actions, maintain budget expense to sales ratio of one's territory and implement pricing schemes to ensure price per account and dealer category.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Management, Marketing, Engineering or any related course.
- With MBA is required for this position.
- At least 5 years (and up) of managerial experience in brand/marketing and sales, and business development;
- Must have experience in sales and managing district/regional sales team;
- Willing to work in the North area.
