Job Description
The Candidate is responsible for advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures. Serving as internal consultants by analyzing a company's current HR programs and recommending solutions. Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- With at least 10 - 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (practitioner) or a Consultant with specialization on Organizational Development, Performance Management, Capability Building, HR Excellence and Leadership Development;
- Expertise in organizational development, HR operations, SOPs and global best practices;
- Experience in strategic planning and budgeting
