Job Description
- Web contents and online products updates;
- Collaborating with marketing and web developers team;
- Reporting to the project managers and supervisors;
- Answering calls and chats from our customers;
- Assists customers on their delivery inquiries, return requests and refunds;
- Assisting in process of orders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be completed at least 2 years in college/College graduates
- At least 6 mos - 1 year experience in universal account, Telco or retention
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (word/excel/outlook) and Adobe Photoshop
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work in Makati, and in nightshift/shifting schedules
