Delivery Manager  

The candidate is responsible for providing overall management of the project delivery team including resource allocation and utilization, forecasting and budget for consulting services work, while monitoring project health & performance . Ensure projects are provided according to quality standards and documented procedures to achieve successful delivery of implementation engagements. Plan resource requirements and workload prioritization in collaboration with onshore counterparts. Support pre-sales activities which include but are not limited to participating in sales calls, addressing RFPs and preparation of proposal estimates/POC/demo.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ experience in consulting services and delivery management
• At least 8 years’ experience in project management;
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Superb communication (both verbal and in writing), presentation and social skills that enable partnership across a wide range of partners including business and technology;
• Experience in managing large scale data and analytics program with multiple projects and stakeholders;
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Solution architect would be a good background;
• Preferably experience with delivering Datawarehouse projects;
• From technology experience, a focus on Big Data and Cloud. Delivering Data Lakes in Azure. It's important the person has a good technical background and feels comfortable with these technologies;
• Experience with Cloudera and Talend is a plus
