Job Description
The responsibilities of Customer Service Representative in general is to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. Also notate conversations and interactions correctly, send timely and friendly follow.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a High school graduate/College level/Diploma/Bachelors degree
- With at least 2 years and up experience int the same industry;
- With experience in chat support is a plus but not required;
- Above average communications skill with american accent is required;
- Willing to work in BGC and in a nightshift schedule.
- Can start ASAP.
