Job Description
The Legl Manager is responsible for providing legal, policy and corporate matters.He/She is also for risk management, contract, litigation, legal research and documentations, and corporate affairs such as SEC and other government entities legal compliances.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Graduate of Bachelor of Laws, Legal Management or any related course
- With license is requrieded for this position
- Must have gained 5 years related professional experience gained from private or government practice;
- With five (5) years of related working experience in the same industry.
- With experience in compliance and contracts.
