Job Description
The HR Assistant is responsible of preparing necessary documents, Analyze and Provide results for the following documentary assessment for all employees. He/She is also responsible of employee performance evaluations, training, company events, compliances and assists in recruitments of a company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS HR, Psych, or any related course
- At least 2-3 years and up exp in the same industry
- Knowledgeable in all facets of hr
- Good communications and analysis skills
- Willing to work in Taguig
