Job Description
The candidate is responsible for monitoring all legal affairs within their organization. Executing the corporate strategy relating to the organizational structure of all of the business unit, including setting up new entities. He/She will handle both internal and external legal concerns, and are tasked with doing everything in their power to keep their organization out of legal trouble.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Political Science, Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in contracts management, Labor Law, SEC and BSP Regulations, knowledge of legal principles and practices, knowledge of legal research techniques, knowledge of legal terminology
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the law firm, w/ at least 2 years focused on either, payments law, fin-tech, e-commerce, or financial services.
- Detail-oriented, Analytical and Above average communications skills
