Job Description
- Train clients to ensure they know how to use ERP;
- Perform and resolve software related issues to ensure client's satisfaction
- Implement, set up ERP system ready to use for clients;
- Continuous tech support for clients

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be currently taking up a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any equivalent degree.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in ERP software (Odoo, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
