Job Description
- Keeping office records updated.
- Tracking and maintaining data.
- Respond to queries and requests of all departments
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Works with other departments as needed to accomplish tasks and responsibilities.
- Provides administrative support to supervisor in different areas such as maintaining supervisor's calendar and maintaining record-keeping systems; develops and maintains databases and/or spreadsheets; prepares special and recurring reports containing specialized or sensitive information.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Preferably with 1 year relevant experience but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills and organizational skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledgeable in operating general office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Has the ability to multi-task
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
