Serves as a Receptionist/Customer Relations Staff in the Sales Department

• Receive and accommodate service units from customers.
• Label the service units per customer’s name and service order number.
• Update the documents received from warehouse on Service Logbook
• Update and mark the claimed items on service logbook.
• Release service units and prepares the service order form for customer’s signature upon claiming of the service unit.
• Release customer’s Sales Invoice for the corresponding payment for the parts replaced or spare parts order.
• Prepare cash invoice for the repaired service units
• Monitor and updates the spare parts – office stocks.
• Receive telephone calls or emails regarding complaints/ inquiries/ follow-up’s from customers.
• Report to the person’s concern or managers, regarding customer’s complain and if we frequently encountered problem on specific unit.
• Be in charge of the Reception area at Sales dept. by accommodating/assisting customers and visitors.

• Graduate of any Business related course.
• 2 years experiece in handling customer complaints.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A frontliner post which require pleasant manner and behavior.
• Above average interpersonal skills from the highest to lowest level of the organizational hierarchy.
• Proactive, analytical, and highly motivated.
• Meticulous and with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
