Job Description
As ACCOUNTS PAYABLE STAFF:
- Handle and release Petty Cash fund.
- Check payroll and prepares summary.
- Double check contractors billing following government mandated benefits.
- Double check contractors computation of 13th month pay.
- Prepare monthly report related to expanded witholding tax.
- Monitor uniform and cash advances.
- Perform additional/other related duties as required.
As ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF:
- Record Accounts Receivable documents.
- Prepare and file various reports.
- Perform clerical and general office support functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or any Business Administration course.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable principles.
- 1-3 years accounts payable / accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
- Knowledgeable in the preparation of expanded witholding tax.
- Preferably knowledgeable in ERP/Accounting System and MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Proactive, analytical, trustworthy, and highly motivated.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
