Sales Admin | E-Commerce | Marilao and Quezon City  

SALES MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

• Prepare and implement sales policies and procedures for the sales department.
• Ensure sales management process and procedures are implemented by the sales team.
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, product plans and forecast.
• Assist in sales lead generation programs for the trade and corporate/institutional sales.
• Assist in the after sales and customer service requirements of the business partners.

SALES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Ensure all sales files and contracts are updated and secured.
• Ensure MCP, Sales Call Reports, Trade Checks, Forecast and other assigned reports are submitted on time.
• Consolidate MCP, Sales Call Reports, Forecast and other reports by the Account Executive and Department
• Update and control merchandise forecast, special allocation, arrivals of incoming shipments
• Consolidate and updates Calendar of the sales team.
• Request for business tools and other needed requirements/supplies of the sales team
• Update all assets of the sales department.
• Control and File incoming and receiving documents of the Department
• Prepare and consolidate template to be used by the sales team.
• Answer queries, phone calls, emails of the customers
• Prepare agenda and requirements for the Sales Meeting
• Transcribe Minutes of the Meeting and conduct follow through
• Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Reports and update sales scorecard.
• Coordinate with corporate sales and functional support groups

OPEX MANAGEMENT

• Control and monitor OPEX of the Department
• Prepare, control and request for replenishment of petty cash and cash advances

Perform other functions as assigned by the Department Head

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• With 1-2 Year of working experience in e-commerce/digital marketing or customer service (Fresh grad are welcome to apply)
• Has excellent communication (Oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing and e-commerce landscape
