Job Description
Organizational Control
- Provides assistance to prospective employee pertaining pre-employment requirements i.e. documents submission and medical referral to Company’s accredited Clinical/Hospital.
- Responsible for the administration of orientation program to all newly hired employee/s.
- Processes pre-deployment requisites including endorsement to Timekeeping Division following the completion of other documents i.e. bank enrolment form & other government forms.
- Responsible in encrypting all employee information and needed data in HRIS/Jeonsoft/Excel file for easy reference and retrieval.
- Monitors and updates employees leave tracker/directory.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Other administrative task
- Serves as Document Controller company-wide.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of four (4) year course preferably Behavioral Science or Psychology (education can be substituted over and above the required mandatory years of technical know-how)
- Must have 3-4 year solid experience in employee on boarding and processing of employee’s performance evaluation from a labor-intensive Company.
- Has good to excellent written communication skills.
- Has sufficient knowledge to complete the task on a timely manner
- Keen to details; proofreads and meticulous; can work under pressure
- Can relate to all levels of the organizational hierarchy.
