Job Description
- Receives requisitions from departments.
- Canvasses prices from accredited suppliers and service providers.
- Prepares purchase orders.
- Prepares requests for payment.
- Encodes and regularly updates status of PR's
- Update PO tracker
- Update PRF tracker
- Assist in following up qoutations, orders and deliveries (for minor Items)
- Update Supplier Database
- Create and maintains purchasing files and price list
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year IT/Computer Science course. Open to fresh graduates.
- Willing to be trained and mentored
- Team player
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Able to negotiate effectively with supplier
