Automation | IoT Engineering  

• Lead the research and decision-making process for hardware in our cutting-edge IoT product. From sensors to edge computing devices, to on-premise communication solutions.
• Work with technology suppliers to put together solutions based on our product goals.
• Hands on development of proofs-of-concept to validate ideas.
• Lead board bring-up, driver integration, system validation. and detailed acceptance testing.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers focusing on embedded software, mechanical design, software engineering, data science, quality, and program management
• Programming PLCs to work directly with'
• Purchase hardware components to work within our IoT system.

• Provide on-site field support and commissioning to roll out our product to new customers.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or relevant field
• Electrical/software engineer experience.
• Knowledge or experience in designing and developing IoT sensors, electrical products.
• Interests in programming within Linux environments with Python or other scripting languages and C/C++.
• Knowledge or experience in analog, digital and mix-signal design methods, and best practices.

PREFERRED/ DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience as Process Engineer or Engineer in a manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Experience with sensor serial interfaces is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in material handling, industrial mfg., or logistics is ideal
