Administrative | HR Supervisor  

• Overseeing the entire general administrative and HR functions of the company, supervising the support staff.
• Execute and implement all company policies and procedures as well as create and implement those that are still needed to further improve the organizational structure and professionalism of the company and its employees.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
• Must have at least 5 years of professional admin/HR/ supervisor experience
• Must have experience in recruitment and hiring
• Background in Accounting is a plus
• Any reception, retail (front of house) experience will be highly regarded
• Active listener and has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate high level of professionalism, qulaity and integrity
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Highly analytical, resourceful and flexible
• Proficient in common computer applications
• Has the ability to understand, and execute complex written and verbal instructions
• Must be motivated and a self-starter, pleasant to work with, efficient, friendly and responsible
• Must be service oriented, sharp, approachable with pleasing personality
• Must be flexible and adaptable to understand the needs of a young company
