Job Description

The Investment Company offers analysts the opportunity to engage in the acquisition of companies in a variety of sectors worldwide. This analyst opportunity is a special and unique experience among financial firms as it enables the successful candidate to develop a well-rounded business mind that is sharpened by the challenge of working with senior management and investment professionals.

An analyst’s responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, industry research, creating management presentations, providing assistance in the execution of transactions and drafting of memoranda for internal and external use. Analysts work on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts.

Analysts also get a rare chance to work directly with the Company’s senior investment executives.

Minimum Qualifications

The Investment Company seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to keen attention to detail and strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should demonstrate superior communication skills, the ability to write effectively and a desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure. Professionals with a solid knowledge of accounting and finance, sound understanding of the capital markets and a strong sense of self-motivation are highly encouraged to apply.

The following baseline requirements apply:

  • The applicant must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Business Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent;
  • Applicants who are CFA Charterholders or Candidates and/or hold a Masters in Finance are preferred;
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Professionals who have assumed a Managerial-Level Executive position with a specialization in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or equivalent are preferred;
  • Professionals with limited experience who have demonstrated a very high degree of responsibility and strong work ethic, combined with superior academic performance from top honors/quota courses at leading universities, may be considered for this position; and
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City.
