Organizational Assessment

• Provides advice on the administration of business policies and procedures.
• Strategically integrate effective HR processes and programs into the company’s daily operations.
• Provides analysis on the company’s current HR programs and recommends solutions.
• Performs internal reviews and audit of company’s current systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Review company’s current offerings and make sound improvements while considering company’s budget.
• Reviews incentive programs against ones in the similar industry
• Recommends salary structure and benefits based on performance and tenure

Employee Management

• Analyze current employees’ training needs and develops training sessions applicable for the company.
• Ensures that business practices are in compliance with existing policies, laws and regulations.

Workforce Planning

• Review and audit current organizational structure, determine gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Reviews the core competencies and growth plans of employees and recommends improvements for the short and long term.

Employee Retention

• Works with HR to design, develop and implement innovative workforce retention programs.

• In-depth experience in various facets of Human Resources
• Exposure to sales, marketing and operations is a big advantage
• In-depth experience in developing performance metrics and appraisal system
• Ability to adjust and improvise based on company culture and needs
• Excellent mentoring skills. Should have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in employee training and development
