Job Description
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Assesses customers' needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
- Welcomes customers to the store and answers their queries.
- Follows and achieves department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Finds ways to increase client database for the company.
- Maintains loyalty of past clients through satisfactory service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Honest, dedicated, hardworking, confident and willing to learn.
