Job Description
- Keeping financial records updated
- Checking invoices for payment and processing
- Monitoring vendor statements, wire transfer requests, and other transactions
- Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records
- Processing billing adjustments and refunds
- Collection phone calls and e-mails as needed
- Assisting Accounting Supervisor, Treasury Supervisor and Accounting Manager as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy
- Newly licensed CPA is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
