Job Description
- Establish and post job vacancies on different job portals
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
- Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
- Maintain good relationship with all candidates and employees
- Participate at recruiting events when the manager cannot attend
- Maintain the internal CV-s database
- Prepares seller's contract
- Safekeeping of documents and other confidential papers
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
- At least one (1) year experience in Recruitment (preferably in the Real Estate Industry)
- Strategic, Pro-active, Keen into details, Resourceful, Effective & Efficient
- Values high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Persistent & results oriented
- Good communication skills (both written & oral)
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
