Job Description
- CTS/ DOAS preparation
- Double check computation sheet before CTS preparation
- Assist client’s signing of CTS/DOAS
- Check CTS/DOAS signatures if complete
- Prepare for management signatures
- Endorse CTS/DOAS for notarization
- Monitoring of seasoned HDMF/NHMFC Accounts
- Ensures that all documents are evaluated and still valid before filing
- Send letter of compliance and Coordinate with sales group/sales agents regarding compliance
- Inform clients/agents with released Notice Of Approval
- Prepares documents for annotation
- Request titles / check payment for annotation
- Prepare documents for second filing/takeout
- Ensure the conversion of account with Notice of Approval to take-out
- Prepare documents needed for title transfer processing and endorse to liaison
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of any course
- At least 1-year experience in related field is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
