Job Description
- Conceptualize event concepts for Sales Teams
- Organize Events and Sales Activities or Promotions
- Execute creative works (signages, board ups, flyers, leaflets, brochures, sales kits, etc.)
- Monitor collaterals of all projects
- Scout and manage sales booths
- Complete and submit post-event reports
- Graphics for layouts and timely processing of Marketing materials
- Handle Digital Marketing
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Real Estate Industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Skills in Graphic Design is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in current marketing trends and social media platform
