Job Description
- Lead, monitor and assist a team of 6-8 Sales Consultants
- Assist their Sales Consultants during their client presentations
- Develop sales plans to identify new methods to generate sales leads
- Conduct group activities like saturation (flyering), booth manning, and other means to find potential clients and produce sales
- Recruit at least half of his or her sales team
- Ensures that their monthly quota will be met or exceeded
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 25-45 years of age
- Active, persistent, hardworking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in oral and written form
- Good command of both Filipino and English language (other languages is a plus)
