Job Description
- Responsibility for maintenance over monthly payroll cycle using “Talenta” system including salary, overtime, time off, tax PPh 21.
- Responsibility for maintenance over BPJS Health use EDABU system and BPJS Man Power using SIPP online system.
- Responsibility for hiring process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience in related field at least 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and online applications.
- Ability to maintain of high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
