Multimedia Designer  

KDCI Outsourcing is in the business of providing design, development, back-office, and related services. We are engaged mostly with US and European clients, and are involved in various cutting-edge e-commerce projects. We need new designers to join our team of creatives that work on a variety of projects expressing ideas through visual and graphic design media.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in conceptualizing a design brief, creative mockup and graphic design
• Prepare rough drafts and presents ideas to team and client
• Can conceptualize, plan, and execute well-designed works with creativity, and in a timely manner
• Understand the nature of the business and do custom design creatives
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
• Use graphic design tools/applications

• Degree in Advertising, Design or its equivalent; minimum of BS degree (preferably in Multimedia design/Fine Arts or related studies)
• Knowledge of best practices in responsive design and flat design
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and others)
• Strong capability to extend creative assets across various platforms and devices
• User-centric approach to concepts and design execution
• Well-versed in other creative mediums that could support design and photography
• Highly functioning within a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to tackle multiple projects, while staying organized and keeping a cool, positive upbeat personality
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus
• Has expertise in print ads and collateral designs
• Great creative and deep portfolio is a plus
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
