Job Description
KDCI Outsourcing provides design, development, back-office, and related services. We are in need of Customer Service Representative (Non-voice) to join our lean but mean team of Contact Solutions experts.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and chat within average time.
- Build customer relationships as part of the sales process.
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new client processes, programs, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in any relevant course is a plus.
- Experience supporting customers through chat and email is an advantage.
- At least a year relevant experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in e-Commerce, Online Retail and/or Catalog Retailer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer, Internet and Social Media savvy.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
