Job Description
- Identifying new borrowers and manage the borrower on-boarding procedure;
- Build new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly on-boarding volume and value targets;
- Manage borrower relationship before, during and after the funding process;
- Identifying potential new partner and developing new accounts
- Develop partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements;
- Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase;
- Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place;
- Establish and maintain client relationships;
- Any other revenue generating activities according to the Business Plan
- Have Business Experience in P2P Lending
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Education : S1 of relevant major
- Min. Experience : 3 - 5 years
- Industries : Banking, Financial Technology,
- Background : Customer Acquisition or Similar Sales Role
- Negotiating: Can negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise; can win concessions without damaging relationships; can be both direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations; has a good sense of timing.
