General Manager | General Santos City

Job Description

The General Manager will handle real-estate projects in General Santos City. This person shall be responsible for the operational success of the properties and will oversee accounting, operations, marketing, and site development.

The General Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Property Inspection and Assessment
  • Contract negotiation for both land acquisition and construction/site development
  • Development of an overall business plan for covering all key components of operations
  • Generation of revenue plans and identification of new revenue-generating opportunities
  • Maintaining the compliance of the company, the clientele, and the local government
  • Monitoring collections, disbursements and past due receivables
  • Managing a small team of individuals and doing corresponding assessment and performance review

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of prior real estate project experience, horizontal development or subdivision experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) as well as online productivity tools (e.g. Google Suite)
  • Willing to work in General Santos City
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong business acumen
