Admin Manager | General Santos City PH

Job Description

  • Ensure smooth operations in the office by managing office services and procedures, controlling correspondences, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring proper clerical functions
  • Assist brokers and agents in properly maintaining their buyer databases i.e. managing their data in the cloud such as uploading and updating buyer files and information, reconciling transactions, tracking sales, etc.
  • Manage databases of confidential administrative records and company information
  • Work on to follow up, update, and collect delayed payments
  • Manage relationships with vendors, landlords, service providers, and other third parties
  • Keep track of invoices and other items that must be paid, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide orientation for administrative staff
  • Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff
  • Implement and maintain procedures on office administrative systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must live within the General Santos City area in Mindanao
  • Must have proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Must be well-versed in using the following platforms: G Suite, Google Spreadsheet formulas, Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 Pro, Chrome OS
  • Must be a dynamic multi-tasker to perform various tasks
  • Must have the following characteristics:

    • Know their way around General Santos City
    • Record keeping and tracking
