Job Description
- Quantity take off and costing of projects.
- Manages all costs related to projects from initial calculations to the final figures.
- Prepares quotation for the client
- Ensures that proposed project budget costs are monitored for effective implementation.
- Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation.
- Cost-benefit analysis.
- Managing project funding sources and submitting progress billings.
- Determines the materials involved by studying the plans and identifying the quantity involved to set an overall estimation of the project.
- Monitors progress billings on subcon.
- Evaluation of variations.
- Preparation of project schedule.
- Standardize materials or vendor options.
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time as instructed by immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years experience related to the position
- Liscense is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can start immediately
