Job Description
- Participation in all financial reporting processes and Regulatory Capital calculation activities of AQR Capital Management Holdings
- Quarterly review of management reporting pack which includes the Balance Sheet and P&L of Consolidated AQR Holdings Company
- Periodic cash forecasting for the international entities of AQR Capital Management
- Provision of support for audit and regulatory compliance of all AQR entities which includes but are not limited to US, UK, Australia, Denmark, Hongkong, Japan, Germany, and India
- Compliance with the preparation and maintenance of updated process documentation
- Any related process as required by AQR
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant
- Should have at least 2-3 years of working experience in financial reporting and/or regulatory compliance function.
- The candidate should have a very good working knowledge of financial reporting.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory compliance is an advantage but not a requirement.
- The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot, vlookup, sumif formulas and the like)
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift schedule (5 PM - 2 AM)
