Job Description

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Set up sales strategies and programs to boosts sales revenues
  • Oversee the effective management of accounts – agencies & direct
  • Initiate and attend sales/revenue related meetings
  • Coaches Account Managers on effective selling, enhancing skills and performance development

Help develop and execute cutting edge consumer marketing campaigns for Inquirer Interactive, Inc., including integrated campaigns, advertising, digital integrations, promotions, etc.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop impactful digital marketing programs that drive business in a results-driven manner against aggressive timelines.
  • Support and drive campaign creative development, with an emphasis on digital, but to include other channels such as radio, print, mobile content development, etc. as necessary.
  • Manage multiple communications activities as liaison to a diverse group of audiences including internal teams, global subsidiaries, vendors, agencies and other constituents.
  • Drive cross-agency and internal collaboration to achieve goals.
  • Work across teams to lead digital support of both campaign creative elements as well as application programs, developer programs, and other important marketing initiatives, as needed, that demand strategic digital support to drive end actions amongst target audiences.
  • Collaborate internally to define measurement and learning objectives against digital channel to ensure maximum impact and delivery against goals.
  • Serve as a promotional marketing/direct channel thought leader for the brand strategy team.
  • Create effective digital and alternative channel plans and assets to be utilized globally. Work with other departments and internal teams to deeply understand campaign and digital requirements and effectively meet the needs of the company to drive growth and emerging markets.
  • Lead brand marketing team efforts to coordinate with internal employees and external vendors to help develop, manage and execute high profile trade and company events,
  • General campaign or marketing support as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years experience as a Digital Sales & Marketing Director
  • With at least five (5) years experience in developing and implementing digital sales and marketing strategies
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of successful sales growth and strong quota achievement, proven expertise managing complex sales cycles, knowledgeable in selling marketing technology solutions
  • Awareness of internet-based companies and business models, must possess strong desire to have a hand in significantly growing a business
  • With reputable record in Sales and Marketing networks and agencies
  • Self-driven and has the ability to drive the Sales and Marketing Teams
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • In depth knowledge in producing content for the web, as well as channel-specific knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Good track record on building audiences either online or offline
  • At least three (3) years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Good knowledge of Web Design procedures
  • Creative thinker with an ability to use data and intuition to inform all decisions
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social media software, web analytics software and keyword tools, email marketing and marketing automation systems and technology
  • With at least a Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Digital Technologies or similar relevant field
  • A team-builder, leader and coach with good time-management skills
  • Tech-savvy, results-driven
