The Growth Hacker’s primary role is to growth-hack a company whose business revolves around crypto tokens.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the various stages of the conversion funnel and achieve conversion metrics and Key Performance Indicators for websites, landing pages, social media pages, apps, etc.
- Use the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram/Framework (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
- Provide effective copywriting for websites, landing pages, emails, etc.
- Analyze data and user feedback and give recommendations on how to further optimize results
- Create viral growth
- Build and maintain a big base of profiled users for the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Believes in Cryptocurrencies and Token economy; familiarity and experience on cryptocurrencies, tokens, ICO, airdrops, an advantage.
- At least 3 years experience in growth hacking but really excellent on SEM, Google Adwords, FB advertising and Analytics
- Familiar with growth hacking tools e.g. A/B Testing, SEO, email marketing, etc.
- Data-driven
- Empathic and understands user behavior
- Has entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional editing and copywriting skills
