Job Description
- Promotes and nurtures a harmonious relationship with the customers at all times.
- Expands market coverage and sales revenues by developing customers for new business prospects.
- Point person at all times for technical and commercial concerns of assigned customers.
- Makes competitive process and price negotiations for assigned accounts.
- Monitors regularly the stock of imported and traded FG and prepares the forecast and request to order to the Logistics to ensure continuous supply to the customers
- Prepares annual sales budget of assigned customers that include the sales volume, and revenue, highlighting major developments and growth drivers. Considers any customer-provided forecast
- Monitors and reviews periodical sales performance of assigned customers aiming to meet or exceed the sales target
- Manages the account receivables of assigned customers keeping the account receivable days within mandated levels
- Process the required documents to ensure prompt delivery of orders and services to the assigned customers at all times
- Arranges appointments and accompanies visitors from affiliate companies in visiting assigned customers for technical and commercial agenda if required.
- Performs functions as may be assigned customers by the immediate head from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate preferably of Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Preferably with prior experience in the sales of printing-related products and chemicals
- Knowledge of MS Office programs Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Good communication skills in both oral and written (English and Filipino)
- With valid driver's license for mobility in visiting customers
