Product Specialist  

Client Profile:

Work with one of the fast growing distribution company that aims to offer a wide and full range of quality and competitive products and services to the Philippines market nationwide. Their products and services include the following: Networking Solutions; Surveillance System; Home and Office Security; Solar and Renewable Energy Products, and other Computer Parts and Peripherals.

As a Product Specialist/Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:

• Manages the profitability of the product for its entire life cycle;
• Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies;
• Drive product launches including working with Sales and Marketing team;
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed; Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services;
• Conducts periodic market visits and submit reports on new market trends, competitor’s new product, prices, and promotions; Oversee quality control for all products stored in warehouse; and
• All other duties as assigned or required.

• ​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in any course, major in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus
• At least 5 years of working experience with 3 years in the related field Very good knowledge of
• IT/Computer-Network related products. Preferably with CISCO Certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and dynamic work environment
• Able and willing to work flexible hours
